Help for Arlene and family to recover and get her home

Hello all, My name is Kelsey and am writing this on behalf of

My mom Arlene who has suffered a brain Aneurysm and is the Nero ICU in Vancouver. She had gone through a craniotomy and is working hard to stay with us and get better. Mom is the person who never stops giving to others. She has worked tirelessly her whole life and most recently in the past 30 years as a care aide. Up until the day Wednesday she suffered her aneurysm she had worked a full day.

She has a long road and the first steps are at least a month in the neuro ICU. I cannot express how much this person has given to others her whole life often denied herself so that she could .

We are working hard to try and stay with mom in Vancouver during this time and to look after all the things that come with a full and active life that can't just stop.

If you are able please help us. I am work as a nurse but am now not working and in Vancouver and will be providing care when we can get her home. Mom has a full life with family and animals and loved ones and we need to be able to tell her and hope she can hear that all is looked after and she just needs to be well .

Funds will be going towards travel for family . Renovations to the house to make it accessible when mom comes home. Keeping the house and animals fed while i am not working and then going forward toward equipment for mom once she gets home . We will need need to be reworking stairs , get a hospital bed , getting a call system out in place and covering my wages while i am home caring for my mom.
