My niece, Anya, was in a serious car accident this week. Sadly, her partner, Victor, father of her infant son, did not survive. Anya is recovering with a compound break of her hip, an immobilizer for her leg, 4 fractured ribs and a torn rotator cuff. She has a 7-month old son, Braxtynn, and a non-verbal, severely autistic 8-year old son, Aiden. Her mother Michelle, (my sister), is helping her as much as she can, but has a job as a caretaker for elderly clients, as well as caring for her disabled husband, while also recovering from her own knee injury.

Any amount of support would go a long, long way.
