Help for Anthony White's Family

Hi my name is Jody Bratton. I am a friend of Anthony's. I met Anthony through work & immediately knew him as a family man. He was kind, geniune and this all around great guy. One thing I knew from my interactions with him is how much Anthony loved his family especially his wife, Kamesha. His face would light up every time he talked about her and his kids. I am doing this fundraising because I really want to give an opportunity for people to help his family & to give tribute to a woman I know I would have enjoyed being around if I was given the opportunity. We all love you Anthony & pray a blessing on you, S'sece, AJ and her family.

Here is her story:

Kamesha Pickney White was born March 21, 1980 She was raised in the Tacoma Hilltop and University Place Districts. Kamesha graduated from Kurtis High School 1998. Kamesha attended Tacoma Community College and worked in the Tacoma Mall in retail for sometime before landing a permanent position at the University of Puget Sound as one of the Lead Caterers. 1999 Kamesha was engaged to now husband Anthony White. In 2000 and 2004 she gave birth to two beautiful children daughter S’sence the oldest now 21ys graduated from Wilson High School and son AJ now 17yrs and will be graduating from Wilson High School next year. Kamesha would continue to work at the University of Puget Sound for 12 years until she began having health issues which lead to many different surgeries and procedures, forcing her to retire and become a stay at home mom. Kamesha embraced that role and was loved by school teachers, basketball and football coaches, was always the team mom for sports activities the kids were involved in. She loved kids and kids loved her she would do anything for a child in need. But what she’ll be most remembered for is her selflessness, acts of loving kind heartedness and ever so thoughtful ways. June 11, 2021 Kamesha suffered a massive brain injury due to a lack of oxygen during a MRI gone wrong. Kamesha would succumb to this tragic injury and entered Heaven’s Gate June 30, 2021. Her loss will leave a void in the communities that she lived and served in as well as in the hearts of the many friends and family that she leaves behind.
