Help for Adrienne Pozzi

On July 14, 2020 our Mom, Adrienne Pozzi was critically injured when a driver blew through a stop sign and hit the car in which she was riding. She was life-flighted to St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. She has broken ribs, a shattered arm, a broken femur and other debilitating injuries.
We were afraid that she wouldn't survive, but thankfully, she has. Our Mom is a fighter, and after what will have been a month in the hospital, they are planning to send her home. We are thrilled but also realistic about the long road to recovery that is ahead of her. She will not be able to use her right arm for another 5 weeks and only partially use her right leg for that same time frame. Her help at home is limited to my 85 year-old father. We will be helping as much as we can, but she will need skilled care.
Although insurance will fund some medical needs there are many things that it won't cover, such as a ramp for the house, skilled care when she initially gets home and assistive devices or modifications.
If you are from the Streator Illinois area you may know Adrienne. She has always been active in her community. She was the Choir Director of St. Stephens/St. Michaels for over 30 years. She may have sung at your wedding or altered your bridal gown. She was part of Boot-Kickers and could always be heard leading the songs for St. Patrick's Day. She is one of the individuals who helped paint murals for the Walldogs event two summers ago.
Up until the accident she was leading a vibrant and connected life within her family and community. Please help us enable her to return to her full life.
We are asking for you to lift our Mom up in prayer. Any assistance you might be able to give is greatly appreciated. Any donation will help give Adrienne the best chance of making a full recovery and will go directly to aid with the financial repercussions of her current condition, so she can focus on healing.
