Hello my name is Isaac. I’m starting this Gofund me for my mom (Bridgette Sanchez) Unfortunately on 11/15/22 we found out that my mom has colon cancer. They told her as long as it did not spread anywhere else they’re able to go in and take out the cancer. She just had to get a CT done. On 11/18 she got the results, sadly it was news that we didn’t want to hear. Her cancer spread into both her lungs. The scan showed a large mass of 38 x 32 mm in the right upper lobe lung and Numerous smaller 10 mm or less lung nodules. It definitely was news that devastated us. My mom is classified as having stage 4 cancer. My mom is a single mom she is such a hard worker… she used to be a nurse and within her means she was able to help a lot of people including friends and family. Lots of people always look for my mom to give them shots or for limited medical care, even stitching up a coworker in the office when he came with a busted eyebrow. My mom was quick to stitch him up on-site lol and she said that was her proudest work because the scar her coworker had was hardly visible lol. My mom was an amazing nurse, and she would’ve love to continue in that career field, but circumstances did not allow it. I am asking for help because she was our main provider in our home. I am a full-time student and I work full-time. My brother is a full-time student at a university and takes care of my mom when I’m not home. Things have been more difficult without the second income but I have managed since September till now keeping our home afloat. Things have been extremely tight and we do have major expenses coming up with my mom’s treatment. I humbly ask for any help you may be able to give to my little family and most importantly we ask to please send us PRAYERS.
