Hello, my name is Joe Pugliese and I am setting up this fundraiser on behalf of our friend and our coworker John Cizek. John has recently been diagnosed with Cancer and is in for a fight. We would like to try and help John as he would try to help us! Ideally we would love to raise as much as we could to help John pay for the medical bills that this battle is going to rack up.
