Hi everyone,

We’re raising funds for our cat Fluffernutter (aka Fluff, Fluffer, Fluff-um-butts, Baby Boy, Kitten) an 11-year-old professional cuddle expert, shoulder-sitter, fort enthusiast, and all-around good boy who needs radioiodine (I-131) treatment for hyperthyroidism.

Fluff has been with us his entire life. We found him as a tiny kitten under a dumpster with his brother, Ace, and from that moment on, he’s been family. Over the years, Fluff has perfected the art of living:

- Watching bird videos on YouTube like it’s his full-time job

- Chasing the red dot with Olympic-level commitment

- Demanding belly rubs by dramatically flopping over in front of you

- Sitting on shoulders during Zoom meetings like he’s part of the call

-Making biscuits on his parents' laps any chance he gets, as long as they have a blankie

- Crying until we build him a blanket fort… and then crying again when it’s not quite right

Most importantly, Fluff is deeply bonded with his brother Ace and spends his days cuddling, exploring places he absolutely should not be in, and reminding us constantly that he is loved...and expects the same in return.

Recently, Fluff was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and his vet has recommended radioiodine treatment, which is considered the most effective and long-term solution. The total estimated cost is around $2,000, and we’re hoping to get him treated within the next three months.

We know there are many worthy causes out there, and we don’t take asking for help lightly. Even the smallest contribution or share means the world to us. Fluff has given us 11 years of love, laughs, and companionship, and we’re hoping this treatment will give us many more years with him.
