Help Flower Get To Her Partner

Dear everyone,

My name is Deirdre, I'm a writer based in Mi'kma'ki. This fund is being created by me on behalf of my friend who needs to remain anonymous for personal safety reasons.

My friend, who I'm gonna refer to as Flower, has a partner in Korea who is missing & has not been in communication for some time. He also has had recent, serious medical issues that require treatment.

Flower is one of those people who holds us together (I know you know folks like that). Despite living with multiple intersectionalities of race & disability, Flower is an integral & crucial part of our community. She has contributed immeasurably to the arts & to artists, including myself.

It is our responsibility to demonstrate our appreciation in tangible ways now that Flower needs our help.

We are raising funds for travel & accommodation to Korea so that Flower can locate & care for her partner.
