Flotastic Food is my passion project turned small business, focused on bringing the bold flavors of fusion cuisine to the Fargo-Moorhead area. After a successful soft launch and wonderful feedback from the community, I realized how much people love the unique tastes I offer. To make sure I could serve everyone safely and legally, I completed a business cohort to educate myself on everything needed to run a legitimate food business.

Now, I’m ready to take the next step and become a consistent presence at local pop-up events. I’m raising funds to cover essential costs like my food license, trademark registration, insurance, ServSafe training, kitchen access, equipment, and branding. These funds will help me operate legally and safely, and provide a buffer for kitchen time and supplies so I can keep sharing the fusion food you love.
