Help Flossy

We want to assist our dear and devoted work colleague with the costs of Flossy's surgery and on going vet costs. She would never ask for help herself....and Flossy could not have ever found a more loving home.

Flossy’s Story: Flossy was bought 3 years ago to serve as a therapy horse in an aged care facility in FNQ She brings immeasurable joy and pleasure to the residents she visits. Unfortunately she has injured her hind leg, dislocating her hip and has ruptured tendons. This has resulted in her having to be transported several hundreds of kilometres to Townsville to receive surgery to repair the extensive damage. Flossy has a very special place in this world and is so worthy of being given every opportunity to receive the operation and very best of care and physio to make her recovery possible. She will no longer be able to be ridden but with hope and intensive rehab will be able to return to making her valuable visits once again.
