Help Flossie Avoid Eviction Amid Health Crisis

My name is Flossie Minor. I am 55 years old and living on SSI. I've got stage 3 kidney disease and I am having breathing problems.

I am seeking assistance with avoiding eviction from my senior housing community on April 1st, 2025. Since being hospitalized with COVID-19 three times in 2022, my health has gotten progressively worse and continues to decline as I face increasing pulmonary issues and hospitalizations that have limited my ability to complete daily tasks without assistance. Furthermore, I've faced increased hardships financially while recovering due to increased medical expenses that have resulted in me being $6,524 behind in my rent. The property manager is willing to avoid my eviction if I'm able to pay $1,500 of my balance by April 1st. I have no supports available that would be able to house me if I am to be evicted and would face entering a nursing facility prematurely.
