Meet Florian

Florian is a sweet, gentle 2-year-old blue heeler/chihuahua mix who has already been through more than any dog ever should.

On December 19, 2025, Florian was found seriously injured and brought to the Dallas Animal Shelter. After X-rays were taken, veterinarians discovered she has a fractured right femur and hip—injuries that require surgery for her to walk comfortably and live a pain-free life.

Tragically, the shelter informed me that Florian will be euthanized if she is not adopted by Monday, December 22, 2025.

I could not let her story end that way.

I am currently in the process of fostering with the intention to adopt Florian, but the cost of the surgery and follow-up care is more than I can manage alone. With your help, Florian can receive the medical treatment she needs and get a second chance at the happy, healthy life she deserves.

Every donation—no matter the amount—goes directly toward her surgery, recovery, and care. If you’re unable to donate, sharing Florian’s story can help just as much.

Thank you for helping save Florian’s life and giving her hope for a brighter future. ❤️
