Hello, my name is Jessica Flores.

Both our home and my father-in-law Ismael Flores’s home were impacted by the recent flood. While we do have damage, his situation is far worse—as you can see in the photos. GoFundMe is specifically for Ismael.

Ismael is 73 years old, retired, and currently raising his teenage son whom he adopted. He doesn’t have insurance and is now facing the overwhelming task of rebuilding with very limited resources.

He is the kind of person who would help anyone, whether he knows you or not. He has worked incredibly hard to pay off his home, maintain it, and keep it a safe and welcoming place for his family and friends.

Anything you can give would go directly toward helping him recover from the flooding. We’ll manage our situation as best we can, and we are in this together so this will help.
