I’m reaching out to ask for help with a deposit towards a rental property. As some of you may know; my housmate and myself have been issued with a section 21 no fault eviction and need to vacate the property by 31st of March. There’s ongoing issues with landlady for the past 9 months and with this section 21, perhaps it’s best to find peace in a new home. Realistically, I won’t be able to move out by the 31st of which my landlady will start legal proceedings. That said I have found a reasonable property near St Walburge’s. It does need some TLC but that can be sorted. I have just submitted an application for renting this property. My intention is to move into the property by end of April. There’s quite a few interests in this property already and I’d ideally like to secure this before it’s too late.

I’ve set this page up as I need help to get the deposit amount of £995 to send to the agency. Sadly I don’t have enough to cover deposit and first months rent. I aldo need help with fridge, washing machine and dining table. It’ll take me 2-3 months to save up. Hence I’m turning to my friends for help. If you are in a position to help, I would really appreciate anything to help me move out as soon as possible. Once I am moved in - I will personally contact you to reimburse or give back to a charity of your choosing.
