Help Fix Willow’s Broken Leg

On Wednesday, Jan 31st I was walking home and saw this sweet stray dart across the busy street near Washington Heights. While she was incredibly friendly, she was very clearly scared and injured with what looked to be a broken leg. She wanted help and meowed at me, so I picked her up and carried her 6 blocks and up 5 flights of stairs with her purring all the way despite the amount of pain she must have been in.

After a tough vet visit, her leg is indeed pretty badly broken and is going to cost an estimated $8,500-$10,500 to get the surgery. If I take her to the shelter, she will more than likely be euthanized and we don’t want that, so we’re asking for some help!
