Archer (aka The Floof / Floofer) needs urgent surgery to fix a 'weird and complex' injury typically only seen in racing greyhounds or as a result of vehicular trauma (neither of which applies to him).
We're hoping this is just a fluke because he's a goof... and not because of an as-yet undetected cancer. But, no matter the cause, he can't walk until this is fixed.
Unfortunately and (seriously) regrettably, his insurance was cancelled mere weeks ago due to financial hardship. And, while trying to sell anything and do everything I can to get this covered, I think... we need help.
ABOUT ARCHER
For those of you that have spent time with him, you'll know that he is the most loving, affectionate, and beautiful dog. You'll likely also know that he has successfully kept two human beings tethered to Earth. One of which now feels like a right useless tw@t for not being in a better position to properly take care of him as he deserves.
He is a quiet, gentle, affectionate and loyal family member. Some people say he's a little dopey and lazy (he loves a nap), but he can also be excitable... and looks a bit like a galloping gazelle when he has enough space to frolic through the grass.
