On the evening of last Monday, August 14th, 2023, she returned home from work less than an hour before. She was having a delicious dinner with her husband and daughter, without knowing what was happening right there, downstairs. An all-covered man shattered her car’s window and stole it. In less than two minutes her life changed. This car, for which she is still making payments, serves as more than just transportation for her and her family. It is essential for meeting their daily needs, including working, taking her disabled husband to medical appointments, and caring for her ailing dog. Although her car was recovered today after being used for various unlawful activities around the city, unfortunately, it is not in operable condition, since it was chased by the police earlier this morning.
