Hello everyone, for those of you who may not know, last week, while working , my car's alternator went out as well as ruining the serpentine belt and battery that was less than one month old. I use my car for work as I travel between Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Walker counties as well as now driving from Gadsden to Anniston. My car is at a Tire Engineers in Anniston and I have told the mechanic to go ahead and repair the car. I have no choice as it's my livelihood. I did not have an emergency fund, and not enough open credit on my credit card to pay for the repair. The repair including a new battery will be $600. I will spend roughly 1/2 of my first paycheck for the month of June on this expense. I am asking for those of you who may feel inclined to donate, I am asking for $400 to at least help me be able to get by until my next pay period of June 11. Thank you and God Bless you all.
