Help Fix Juniper's Car

Hello, my name is Juniper, I live in Seattle with my partner and last month our car got broken into. The thieves broke our passenger window, ripped the door handle off the driver side door (ruining the door in the process) and then tore open our steering column trying to hotwire the car. They weren't able to successfully steal it, but left our car unable to be driven... which is when we found out that our specific insurance wouldn't cover damage due to theft and we were out of luck. Repairing the steering column was 2300$, and that we were able to cover by draining our savings, but we also have to get the door and window replaced, and we're out of options at this point. 1500$ should cover that + build up our savings a bit so we can be prepared for the next emergency.
