Help Fix June's Crummy Ligaments!

Hi, I'm Patrick, and I'm fortunate enough to have a wonderful little dog in my life named June. She's the softest dog ever (because she sheds all of her hair every day) and as sweet of a pup as one could ever hope to meet. She's a 35-pound mutt, half pitbull, and half a mix of little dogs. Unfortunately, she inherited the leg muscles of the pitbull side and the knee ligaments of the little dog side. In early 2023, after we noticed a limp and physical therapy didn't yield significant progress, we opted for a tibial plateau leveling osteotomy, or TPLO, to fix what ended up being a torn CCL and meniscus. We had a great surgeon and were told that even with the best of care, there was a 90+% chance the other CCL would eventually tear, too.
We're grateful to have given June two more years without additional surgery, but unfortunately, after a case of the zooms, it looks like she's torn the other ligament. She has a surgery consult soon, and hopefully, we can get her in ASAP. It's going to be expensive, though; the first one was around $5,000, and while insurance should cover some of it, there's significant cost associated with pre- and post-operative appointments, testing, imaging, medication, accommodations for her as she recovers, and the missed work needed to make sure she's doing ok. If you've ever had a chance to meet June, you know what a sweetheart she is, and she's personally assured me she will lick the inner ears of anyone who contributes to her surgery and recovery. In fact, she said that I can't stop her from doing it.
If you can help, thank you very much.
