Help Fix Jen's Heart

I'm Jen. I'm 33 and mummy to two wonderful little girls. I also have Barlow's Disease, the most severely degenerative form of Mitral Valve disease.
I was first diagnosed over 10 years ago with moderate regurgitation and have received yearly monitoring since then. However, back in September 2020 I had a routine cardiac MRI and I didn't receive the results. In February 2021 my cardiologist reviewed the results of the scan and I was told that the regurgitation was now listed as severe, with my heart having become enlarged due to the pressure put upon it, and it was now working at only 61%. I was informed I would need urgent mitral valve surgery to correct the issue, preferably done immediately. This was not possible due to Covid, so I instead was put on a waiting list of 2-4 months.
Sadly, yesterday we were told that I would be treated in June at the earliest, 9 months after my cardiac MRI and my regurgitation being listed as severe. This is heart breaking as my heart is not going to get better on its own, and instead is degenerating. This is having an impact on my life. I am getting breathless when I walk or play with my girls, and I am now starting to experience chest pain and palpitations - a warning sign of heart failure.
I can get better faster and sooner with urgent private surgery which costs £35,000. If we are able to raise the funds I will be treated in weeks, not months, and my chances of survival are far greater. Without surgery, I will eventually enter heart failure and, ultimately, not survive. I cannot do that to my little family. Please, please help if you can.
