Help fix flooded house

So myself and Wendy have had a rough 2 months lately, struck by lightning last month,this month the whole house was flooded thanks to matthew when it decided to hammer Va Beach. 100 percent damage to floors .Walls need to be cut out,insulation,cabinets. This money would help pay for the reconstruction .I hate to have to do this, but we have ran out of options since insurance will not cover this .Thanks in advance for any help!
