Help Fitz's Family Rebuild After Hurricane Melissa

Donation protected
For those of you who know me, I go by Fitz. I was born and raised in Jamaica. I migrated to the US to attend Milligan College in 2011. I now live and work in Kingsport, TN. With the exception of my oldest sister, my parents and 5 other siblings still live and work in Jamaica.

Just over a week ago, Category 5 Hurricane Melissa made landfall in the southwestern and western areas where I grew up, leaving behind widespread destruction. Thank God all my family made it through the hurricane alive, and we praise Him for His divine protection.

However, the experience and the ongoing harsh realities following the aftermath of the hurricane have made day-to-day living very difficult. My parents completely lost their small business, which was their source of income. They also had severe damage to their house and personal property. My oldest brother's house was completely destroyed. Though their faith in God is strong, daily life is not the same. As they work to rebuild from the rubble, they most crave your continued prayers. However, they are in need of financial support as well. If you feel led to contribute financially, I am setting up this GoFundMe with my parents and oldest brother as the beneficiaries.

We're praying and asking God to provide $20,000 USD to help rebuild. Funds will be used for business replacement (building, goods, and supplies), repair and replace damage to houses, and personal property.

Thank you for your support!
