In June and July, 2026, the Aspen Acres wildfire tore through our community with a force none of us will ever forget. Among those battling the flames were our own local firefighters—men and women who stood on the front lines to protect their neighbors, their town, and everything they could save. But in a heartbreaking twist, Rosie, Haley, and Matthew were forced to watch their own homes burn while they continued fighting to save others. They didn’t step back. They didn’t leave their post. They stayed—because that’s who they are. Their courage cost them everything.
These firefighters lost their homes, their belongings, their memories, and the places where their families felt safe. Now they face the unimaginable task of rebuilding their lives from the ground up while still showing up to serve this community. We are raising funds to help them with immediate needs—temporary housing, clothing, essentials, and the first steps toward rebuilding.
Every donation, no matter the size, is a direct act of gratitude for the people who put our safety above their own. If you’ve ever wondered how to truly support the heroes among us, this is the moment. Let’s show them that the community they protected stands firmly behind them now. Thank you for your generosity, your compassion, and your willingness to help these firefighters begin again.
