Help Fire Victims Janice & Mikey Koshar Start Ovr
Donation protected
Early Monday morning, January 17th, the unimaginable happened. A 9 alarm fire in Salisbury Massachusetts engulfed four buildings, burning them to the ground. The fire displaced so many people, destroying everything in its wake. My mother and brother were among many victims affected by the inferno.
Thankfully, my mother, Janice Koshar and my brother, Mikey Koshar, were not harmed. They made it out in time, with just the clothes on their backs. Unfortunately, the blaze took everything they owned. The aftermath of the fire is catastrophic. Situations like this are devastating and can leave everyone involved feeling defeated. It’s incredible how much we take things for granted, like clothing, food, and shelter. All the little things that make our lives easier every day, things as simple as a bottle of shampoo, a hairbrush, our favorite coffee mug….. losing everything gives you a lot of perspective on things in life and makes you appreciate what you do have. We have each other.
Our family has never been one to ask for help, but in this situation we need to put our pride aside because Janice and Mikey are in a financially desperate situation.
It is with a heavy heart that I ask our friends and family for support.
Please consider making a donation and sharing this link on your page. Every little bit helps; any donation at all is appreciated.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read our story and for helping to get my family back on their feet. We are eternally grateful.
