Finnegan is my beloved companion and truly a survivor. He has already beaten cancer three times, and through it all, he’s remained full of sassy spunk, big energy, and a bouncy love for life.

Recently, Finnegan suffered a painful fracture, and after careful consultation, his veterinary team and I determined that an amputation surgery is the best way to alleviate his pain and give him the best chance at a happy, comfortable future.

As someone who works in veterinary medicine (previously in oncology and now in emergency and icu), I have fully dedicated my life and career to helping other families and pets through their own crises. Being a veterinary technician is deeply rewarding, but it’s no secret that it doesn’t come with a big paycheck. Now, I find myself in the difficult position of needing help for my own best friend. The funds raised will go directly toward Finnegan’s surgery, and thankfully, he shouldn’t need any further major medical intervention after this procedure.
