Hi, my name is Finn. I'm trans non-binary and I'm approaching a big step toward freedom from the pain of gender dysphoria.
I need help getting there.
After so many years of constriction, I'm finally scheduled to receive gender-affirming top surgery this September. I will undergo double-incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts performed by Dr. Hema Thakar, MD of Legacy Medical Group in Portland, OR.
Without support from my biological family, financial or otherwise, I need help to make paying for this surgery possible.

I am fortunate to have health insurance through my employer, which will partially cover the cost of the procedure. The funds raised here will be used to:
- cover the out-of-pocket cost of the surgery

- and allow me to take time off of work without pay to recover at home
