Help Finn and hoomom catch up on rent

Hi. My name is Kim. I'm 53, and live in the south with my furbaby Finn. I have esophageal cancer, which has recently been upgraded to Stage 2. (I've recently started radiation treatments, so fingers crossed!) I also have Barretts esophagus and cyclic vomiting syndrome, which, especially lately, has made it hard for me to do any odd jobs to offset my disability income (honestly, it's barely enough to live on). I was doing cleaning jobs with a "friend", but she let me go because my illnesses made me too unreliable). This year has been extremely challenging for me financially...it seems like everytime I got two steps ahead, I would get knocked back ten steps. I have had quite a few GFM's this year, I know, yet here I am again. I am a month behind on my rent, and my landlord will not hesitate to evict my furbaby and I. If that happens, we will be living in my car...and winter is coming. I've been able to scrape by, thanks to super supportive friends, but the past few months have presented unexpected expenses. I've had medical procedures/tests done that Medicaid will not cover 100%, and I've had to pay half upfront, and I recently had to buy new tires before an accident occurred. I'm hoping to raise $1600, to cover my past due rent, and the fees that GFM will deduct. Please help if you can, and please share as much as possible. Prayers and words of support are definitely appreciated...doing a GFM is honestly a little humiliating...its shameful to admit you're a grown woman that can't take care of herself, but that's where I am.
