Hello, my name is Conor I am a member of Victory Anaheim (Church)
Location: 227 N Magnolia Ave, Anaheim CA 92801
Since 2019, Victory Anaheim has been on a journey of faith, vision, and perseverance.
We boldly stepped out to construct a brand-new Ministry Center, believing it would serve as a beacon of hope for our community. To fund the project, we made the difficult decision to tear down our existing buildings and sell half of our property, trusting that God would make a way.
However, and most unfortunately; shortly after beginning the process, the pandemic hit and COVID-19 changed everything. Due to supply chain breakdowns, inflation, government shutdowns, and market instability, the estimated cost of our building skyrocketed from $10 million to $15 million practically overnight. Amazingly that 50% increase did not even account for other unforeseen costs that continued to pile up over the years caused by delays, redesigns, permit complications, and more.
Yet through it all, we pressed on.
For the past several years, we’ve been meeting faithfully every Sunday at Maxwell Elementary School, continuing our worship, community outreach, and ministry work—without a building to call our own.
After years of prayer, planning, and persistence, construction on our new Ministry Center finally began in January 2025, and by the grace of God, we’re on track to complete the building process by September of this year, if we can raise the final funds needed. We've reduced the original size, carefully simplified the design, and made every effort to cut expenses. Our builder has also shown tremendous generosity, offering us a discount to help us reach the finish line.
Still, even with all these cost-saving efforts, we are coming up short due to circumstances and unforeseen increases outside our control.
We’re facing a crucial moment:
We need to raise the last $1.8 million to finish the project.
If these funds are not secured soon, construction will have to pause, delaying the dream and momentum we’ve worked so hard to build.
What exactly are we building?
The Victory Ministry Center is not just for Sunday’s. We’ve carefully designed the space to bring long-term value to our church and the wider community. We’re creating a space that allows Victory Anaheim to become a self-sustaining church, while serving the community with
the following four pillars of impact.
Pillars Of Impact:
Church "The Spiritual Anchor" the center of it all, offering spiritual renewal and hope.
A full-service café "The Gathering Place" capable of in-house dining and full-scale catering for events.
Educational Center "The Learning Hub" will empower individuals through learning and personal development.
An event center "The Celebration Space" open to the public, complete with 13 versatile rooms, including:
A children’s jungle gym play place
A full-size basketball court
A wide array of rooms for parties, meetings, and gatherings of all kinds
This isn't just a way to help fund the future of our church, it's a way to serve and connect with our community in a real, practical, and joyful way.
This Ministry Center is more than just a building, it’s a home for hope, healing, discipleship, and outreach. It’s a place where families will grow, lives will be transformed, and God will be glorified.
We remain firm in our faith that God will provide in His perfect timing, and we believe He will do it through people like you.
Would you consider giving toward this vision?
Any gift, big or small, makes a difference.
Please also share this with friends, family, and anyone who may be willing to support our mission.
Thank you for believing with us. Together, let’s build something that will bless generations.
With love and faith,
Conor Lantow
