My name is Jaden Sweeney, and I’m the writer, director, and editor of 'Hands Like Hers,' a psychological horror film created as my SCAD senior capstone project. We wrapped our shoot on January 25th, and the experience was incredible—our cast and crew poured their hearts into every scene, and the turnout on set was more than I could have hoped for. Now, as we move into post-production, we’re facing a tight deadline to get everything ready for the senior showcase. Unfortunately, we’ve run out of funds for the crucial final steps that will bring this film to life.

I’ve been in love with filmmaking since I was a child, figuring out how to edit on a Leapfrog Gameboy at just five years old. That passion has only grown, especially for psychological horror and the challenge of telling deep, meaningful stories within the genre. 'Hands Like Hers' is the culmination of years of dedication, and I want to make sure it’s the best it can be—not just for myself, but for everyone who believed in this project.

We need support to hire a composer for an original, unique score, as well as an experienced colorist and VFX artist.
