My name is Ricardo, and I am reaching out for help to find my brother, William Ernesto Hernandez. William is a loving husband, a devoted father to his two-year-old son, and a cherished son, brother, and grandson. He was arrested and then released from Tarrant County Jail, but since then, we have not been able to find him. Our family has no relatives in Texas, so we immediately flew down from Philadelphia to help the police search for him. We are doing everything we can, but being far from home has made things even more challenging.
