Last night, my car was broken into in Downtown LA. Several of my musical instruments were stolen, totaling about $2,500 in value. I’ve already filed a report with the LAPD, contacted nearby Guitar Centers to keep an eye out, and have been checking Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist daily, hoping something turns up.

These instruments aren’t just possessions, they’re my livelihood. I teach violin four days a week and rely on these tools to keep my work going. To make things even harder, I recently spent a significant amount on my O-1B Visa renewal process, so I’m in a tough financial spot right now trying to replace what I lost.

If you’re able to help me get back on my feet, whether by donating, sharing this link, or keeping an eye out on online marketplaces (like FB Marketplace, Offerup, Craigslist, etc.) I’d be incredibly grateful. As far as I'm aware, my instruments are currently in San Bernardino County (long story short, someone else got their MacBook Pro stolen and is able to track where it is through the Find My app).
