Phillip Brown has been missing for over a year, and our community is desperate for answers. Phillip was a well-known plumber in our area, always willing to lend a hand—especially to the elderly, often doing work for free. He was the kind of person who would never leave his loyal dog Sissy behind, yet that’s exactly how his truck was found at a boat ramp in Cass County: Sissy alone in the vehicle, but no sign of Phillip. If you knew Phillip, you’d know how out of character this is. His dog went everywhere with him, even to job sites. The fact that Sissy was left behind is just one of many reasons we believe something isn’t right. Phillip also has a daughter he loved deeply, and he would never willingly leave her behind. Many of us in the community suspect foul play, and we don’t believe Phillip drove his truck to the boat ramp himself. Despite our concerns, the police have treated this as just another missing person’s case, and progress has stalled. Our community is worried and frustrated, but we’re not ready to give up. That’s why I’m raising funds to hire a private investigator. Every dollar will go directly toward finding answers about what happened to Phillip. We owe it to him, to Sissy, to his daughter, and to everyone who cares about the truth.
