Aloha, I am posting this on behalf of my sister in law and her children. My 41 year old brother in law, Kainalu Higbee, went missing on Mother’s Day May 8, 2022 on Maui. His white truck was abandoned at the sunset cafe near the Lahaina harbor off of Front St with his wallet in his car. Kai missed his son’s high school graduation and party which he was planning to go to both. Kai is a very involved father of three kids. He is a landscaper and his bosses were surprised to not see him at work because he’s a very dedicated worker. It’s very unusual for him to be missing since he’s a responsible worker, father of three, and a loving husband. His extended family and friends miss him dearly. Please help this gofundme so that money can go to reward money for any valid information on Kais whereabouts. Please help my ‘ohana have closure. KAI IS STILL MISSING. The family doesn’t believe the Maui police has sufficient staff to dedicate to finding Kainalu Higbee since there are 100 vacancies in the department. The money raised will help towards efforts in bringing Kai back to his family that misses him so much. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
