Missing Person- Please help find Jake Poe!

Hi everybody, my name is Madeline Kiley. I am a good friend of Lauren Poe (Jake's sister) and know and love Jake Poe. I have set up this fundraiser to help Lauren and her mom and everybody who loves Jake, find him so we can bring him home. Jake was last seen on March 26th in the afternoon in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Although on camera footage, he was last seen walking at Snelling & Ford Parkway at 6:31 pm on 3/26. He was heading North on Snelling Ave towards St. Paul. Jake is a Caucasian male who is 6 ft tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has strawberry-blonde hair and blue eyes. Jake was last seen wearing an MN Vikings hat, Viking's sweatpants and a brown/red colored jacket. Jake does not have his cell phone on him. He is prescribed medication and most likely does not have access to his medication. Jake is a very friendly person and can tend to be on the quiet side, but approachable. He is so loved and so missed. As you can only imagine, this has been an extremely difficult and emotional time for Jake's sister Lauren and his mother Tali (Nelson). It has been a struggle to find more information on his possible whereabouts as time goes on. This fundraiser is to help find answers and bring Jake home. With the help of more people, we can raise money to pay for the cost of a private investigator and any other additional costs associated with his search. Our goal is to help connect the dots and truly dig deeper into Jake's case with the help of a professional. All hands on deck are needed! If you are unable to donate, please share this!
