My name is Jessica. I am a personal friend of missing Wichita man, Ian Shelton. Ian has been missing from Lake Afton since the early hours of Wednesday 3rd December 2025. He is 30 years old, approximately 5 foot 8, and 145 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt with white graphics, a thin hoodie and grey/white Nike shoes. He had a broken foot. He was last seen on CCTV footage at a vending machine outside the bait shop 2:12am at Lake Afton. Ian was not dressed suitably for the elements and we hold serious concerns for his safety and wellbeing. He has now been missing for over a week, and the Sheriffs office has scaled back their search until new evidence comes to fruition. We are working with volunteers and a not-for-profit group called Seek 1 Search & Rescue in an attempt to locate Ian safely. All proceeds will be directly distributed to Seek 1 Search & Rescue and I am also hoping to raise funds to pay for a digital billboard that will display missing person information regarding Ian.
