Help Find Devon: Support for Private Investigator

Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

We are reaching out during a time of unimaginable distress as we search for my beloved son, Devon, who has been missing since December 19, 2023. At 31 years old, he is more than just his past; he is my son, he is a brother, a grandson, a boyfriend, and friend to many. He is loved unconditionally. Devon was living in Nampa, Idaho, and although he has a troubled history as a felon, he had turned his life around. He complied with the terms of his parole and went to every meeting and appointment required. He didn’t have any new charges or any pending at the time of his disappearance and was less than two years away from being completely off parole.

During the time of his disappearance, he was living in his own apartment, but he spent his spare time with his girlfriend. When she got home from work that day, she called me to tell me Devon was gone, he left all his belongings behind. The phone he had was a pay as you go phone making it impossible to for me to try and trace him that way.

We spoke to his probation officer, who is just as shocked as we are that he suddenly vanished. Unfortunately, the Nampa Police Department was of little to no help in assisting me in filing a missing person report, I believe this is due to him being a felon, and because he is a male. This has left us leaving us feeling lost and desperate for answers.

He had daily contact with his grandma, who lives in Fruitland and I would talk to him at least three times a week. I attempted to add Devons name to a few websites for missing persons but they needed a copy of the report. A report that was made, but had multiple inconsistencies. when I requested a copy of the report, it was also sent incomplete. I feel that Nampa PD does not care and has not made any effort in attempting to locate him.

Despite our best efforts, we have hit a wall in our search and urgently need the expertise of a private investigator to help us uncover the truth and bring Devon home. The funds raised will go directly towards hiring a qualified private investigator, covering their fees, and any additional expenses that may arise during this critical time.
