Help find cure, esophageal cancer complications!!!

Hello,
my name is Martine and 3 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer.  I under went chemo, radiation and finally surgery.  Unfortunately I contracted life threatening complications including sepsis and was placed in a coma then life support for the next few weeks.  I was finally sent home . I was supposed to be on the mend when suddenly part of my colon collapsed and I had to wear a bag for a few months.  After that surgery I soon developed a fistula
from my stomach/ intestines that actually found a path from a scarfrom my first surgery and burst right out my side!!                                  

I also have lots of nerve damage and am in constant pain.
I have been admitted to the hospital 22 times in the past three years, had countless procedures and operations with many other complications along the way.

I see a team of highly esteemed surgeons that are now running outof options.
 I have not been able to work for 3 years now and as I was a fine artist I am not able to collect disability.

I am in desperate need to collect money as my insurance will not pay for any treatments or care outside of NewYork state, (also will not cover some of the care I need here!)

I need to seek treatment outside of NYS. And I am OUT OF
MONEY.
 I would also like to be able to give some to my caretakers as my condition worsens and I was just denied in home care.

 Believe it or not but this is the short version as I have been through so much more. 
I AM SICK OF BEING SICK, AND WILL NOT LET CANCER WIN.
SO PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.
