Help Bring Alleacya “Angel” Boulia Home

I am Carla Abraham, the aunt of Alleacya “Angel” Boulia and the sister of her mother, April.

April, my beautiful sister, is a single mother who has spent her life taking care of others. She works long hours caring for the elderly — showing up day after day for people who depend on her. She is also a breast cancer survivor who recently underwent a double mastectomy. She has survived more than most people ever should.

But surviving this — losing a child to the unknown — is something no one is meant to endure alone.

Alleacya and her younger sister, Asanti, are April’s entire world. Everything April has pushed through in her life has been for her daughters. They are her heart, her purpose, and the reason she kept going even when life was incredibly hard.

Now, one of those daughters is missing — and the other is left waiting, confused, and heartbroken.

Alleacya, lovingly called “Angel,” disappeared, and the days since have been filled with fear, confusion, and silence. The search has provided very few answers, and the uncertainty is crushing. There are serious, unresolved circumstances surrounding her disappearance, and despite agency involvement, our family has struggled to understand what is being done and why so many questions remain unanswered.

As part of the investigation, items were found that raised additional questions for our family, and there have been developments connected to a nearby facility that we do not yet fully understand. While we respect the role of law enforcement, these unanswered questions have made it clear that April needs independent legal and investigative support to ensure no detail is overlooked and no opportunity for answers is missed.

April is in shock. She wakes up every day hoping for something — a call, a lead, a sign — and every night she goes to bed not knowing where her child is or whether she is safe. At the same time, she is trying to be strong for Asanti, who is living with the pain of not knowing where her sister is or if she will ever come home.

This is not something you “get through.” It is something you carry every moment of every day.

April is a survivor — but surviving cancer did not prepare her for this. Strength does not make this easier. Strength does not shorten the road ahead. And strength does not replace the need for help.

The truth is, this road will be long, and the urgency to get answers is now. Families should not have to fight for information, resources, or action while they are drowning in fear and grief — yet that is where April and Asanti find themselves.

This fundraiser exists because April needs help to keep going — for Angel, and for Asanti.

We are raising funds so she can:

Secure legal representation to advocate for answers and transparency

Hire a licensed private investigator to independently pursue leads and timelines

Deploy professional K-9 search teams to assist in locating Angel and uncovering new information

How the Funds Will Be Used

All funds raised will be used solely to support the search for Alleacya and to help her mother survive this journey, including:

Legal representation – approximately $15,000
To help April push for answers, access records, and ensure her daughter’s case is treated with the seriousness it deserves.

Licensed private investigator – approximately $15,000
To independently review evidence, timelines, and leads when time matters most.

Professional K-9 search teams – approximately $10,000
To deploy trained search-and-rescue dogs and handlers, including travel and operational costs.

Records requests, mapping, expert consultation, and administrative costs – approximately $5,000

Emergency contingency fund – approximately $5,000
So that no opportunity to search or investigate is lost because of money.

We will use these funds carefully, responsibly, and transparently, and we will continue to share updates as this search continues.

Angel is not just a name on a flyer.
She is a daughter who is deeply loved.
She is a sister who is deeply missed.
She is a young woman whose life matters.

If you are able, please give what you can. If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.

Please help us give April — and Asanti — the support they need to keep searching, keep asking questions, and keep fighting for Angel.

Thank you for standing with our family and for helping us bring Alleacya “Angel” Boulia home.
