My name is Kenge B, and I’m reaching out to you about my passion project — Wingz.

This series comes from my creative mind, a story about a Fairy family in modern times. It started with an idea... That turned into a script I poured my heart into... And it's time to bring it to LIFE! -- But in order to bring this story from the page to the screen, I need your help.

Filming a pilot episode is the first, most crucial step in proving the potential of this series. It’s what networks and platforms look for when deciding what to back — but more than that, it’s how this story will find its audience.

THE SERIES

The show explores the Fairy immigrant experience, trying to uphold Fairy culture while blending into American society. Each 30-minute comedic episode is an adventure of the Shaillot family going through the trials and tribulations of life, realizing magic abilities don’t make life any easier.

BEHIND THE IDEA

The show explores the Fairy immigrant experience, trying to uphold Fairy culture while blending into American society. As a second-generation Trini, I know being a part of an immigrant family makes you feel like you’re split between two worlds. However, when those of the same culture get together, there’s a kind of magic in the way we interact. I wanted to make a show that captured that in a heartfelt comedic way with Wingz.
