Greetings from THE BLUE NOTES TV SHOW, created by award-winning multi-instrumentalist and music educator, Lila Hood with her son, Askari Frith, Violinist, Producer, and Sound Engineer! Lila is the musical product of an urban community where strings did not exist. She traveled across town to participate in Suzuki method training as a child and has dedicated her adult career to ensuring that all kids have "Arts Access." After implementing programs in over twenty (20) U.S. cities, Lila has taken the next step to be able to reach students around the world and answer the demand for her unique and exciting classes. This will be the 1st program of its kind in children's programming to address the economic gap in classical music instruction that exists around the world.
