An old couple living their best life in retirement, nothing could go wrong.
Until Jane, the lovely old lady, finds a man living in their shed. As she tries to call the police she finds out that her husband knows more about the origin of this man, and it's possibly paranormal nature.
What unravels is a story of ego, toxic masculinity and the disrupting of a cute old couple. The reason why we want to make this film is not just for the sake of making it, but to also get our message across, that toxic masculinity can corrupt even the purest of souls.
Meet us:
I'm the writer and director of the film, Hidde Klijnstra. I came originally from a smaller town in the Netherlands, and chased my dreams which led me to London. I'm now to studying to become a director and I've been wanting to make this film for a long time, and hope to show my passion for the art of filmmaking through it.
I've witnessed people getting corrupted by their own ego and it's very important to me to be able to criticise it, and I chose a horror, as that is how it can feel to experience it.

Where the funding would go:
-Paying older actors, we support to fair pay of actors and especially in an older generation they can be overlooked, we want to respect them with a fair pay for this type of production.
-Transportation costs of kit, we have connections to get kit for free we just need to transport it.
-Production design to keep the authenticity of a UK based story, and also to tell the story in every way we can.
-Catering, we have a very proficient crew, most of us are our most trusted connections we've made since we came here, and we want to treat them with respect, giving them fair treatment.
