Dear friends and family,

I am raising funds on behalf of my brother Fil Brown, his wife Judy, and their son Julian who lost everything on January 7th in the Eaton Fire. My brother is a hard working, recording engineer and musician who has worked on productions in the entertainment industry for over 40 yrs. He is also one of the people I love the most and am closest to in this world. He is an amazing person, husband and father whose positive attitude through this experience has been remarkable given the fact that his community (of which he has been a part of for the last 41 years), livelihood and all his family’s worldly possessions are gone in the blink of an eye.

Along with all their belongings, my brother lost his home studio through which he does most of his personal work. My sister-in-law Judy recently retired after 30 years, and my nephew Julian who is a budding musician lost most of his equipment as well. This catastrophe has affected them greatly. As my brother and his family begin the long process of making insurance claims and negotiating life with no house, clothes or even the most basic of necessities, please join me in helping the Brown family get back on their feet.
