Help fight Cindy's recurring cancer
Donation protected
Dr. Cindy Sinclair Kudlik and I met in dental school at UCSF almost 25 years ago. We became both clinic partners and friends. I could always count on her to jump in and help when needed. Over the years we have stayed in touch. Her twins Kevin and Kelly are a month younger than our son Ethan. Our families have spent fun times together on vacation and lately doing escape rooms. I truly cherish our friendship.
About 10 years ago, Cindy had her first battle with breast cancer. She went through chemotherapy and had a double mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery. With the love and support of her family and friends she made it through that very difficult time to come out cancer free.
Late last year, Cindy began experiencing excruciating stomach pains. She went to the hospital for what they thought was gall stones. After further testing, it was discovered she had tumors in the lining of her abdomen and stomach. The cancer was back.
Conventional medicine offers no cure, no hope, just an attempt to slow cell division with medications that cripple the immune system. After researching many different options, Cindy, her husband Dennis and her family decided to pursue alternative treatment at the Envita Medical Center in Arizona. They believe that Envita's personalized treatment plan that "utilizes targeted bio markers and molecular targets that are specific to each person's genomics" will give her the best chance to battle the recurrence of her cancer. The Envita Medical Center has science 7-10 years ahead of conventional medicine that can get her into remission and give her hope for long term survival.
Cindy is leaving her family and traveling with her mom to Arizona Monday October 22 to begin a 3 month stay near the medical clinic.
The treatment is very expensive and not covered by insurance. I feel it is my turn to jump in and try to help her with this Go Fund Me page. Any donation large or small is appreciated to help lessen the heavy financial burden on Cindy and her family in this time of need.
I know we want Cindy to stay on this earth longer as we are not done having fun with her yet!
Thank you for your consideration and support!
