Help fight Bill's cancer, it is stage 4 small cell

I am a father of 4 and a husband to a very intelligent wife and best friend. We will be married 21 years in October.

I found out back in February that the pain in my prostate area was an enlarged prostate. Then found out it showed low PSA results. The next month after we had PET scan and MRI that it was cancer and a very rare small cell carcinoma of the prostate. They told us it is stage 4 because it spread to my sacrum, sternum and liver.  The outlook from the chemo did not look promising. We spent time researching alternative methods and found a clinic that specialized in alternative cancer treatment. After four weeks of treatments we were left with our life savings gone, and a considerable financial burden in addition to the overwhelming cancer diagnosis. Now we have additional medical expenses as I found out that the treatments were not successful. I now must start chemo and radiation treatments. We found another oncologist that has a different approach to treatment that includes immuno therapy.
