Help Fernando de Necochea's Family Restart After Eaton Fire
Donation protected
Hi! I am Antonio de Necochea from California. I am raising funds for my eighty-four year old father, Fernando de Necochea (Nicky), his wife Fumie, and son Nicky (a special needs high school student). Their home was destroyed and they lost everything in the Eaton Fire in Altadena, CA.
They escaped with the clothes on their back and their two outdoor cats. At 3 a.m., they were forced to evacuate immediately. The fire was two blocks away and approaching fast. The glow of the fire was visible and the smoke thick. It was an inferno. They ran to their cars and left their home for the last time.
They were dropped from the insurance they had through GEICO for over 13 years abitrarily. Then, no major insurance provider would cover them and they were forced to take a lesser insurance plan with limited coverage.
Please help in any way you can! The fire left them with nothing, and they need a complete start over. We will use the funds for unexpected costs and the things they need to get back on their feet.
Most importantly, my brother "Little Nicky" started school back at John Muir High School on 1/17. He needs to stay in his special needs program in order to stabilize.
