Help Fernando and Family Through Tough Times

We are creating this page in hopes for prayers and support for our brother-in-law Fernando, sister, Michelle‘s, nephew, Elijah and niece Natahlia. Fernando is somebody who has been there numerous times for us when we needed help and so many others. this is our way of trying to help him back. Fernando started feeling sick about a month ago. It became so bad that he has been out of work for three weeks now, as a sole provider for his home and his family it’s been difficult due to Fernando’s recent diagnosis. he has been admitted into the hospital since Friday. And his currently in the intensive care unit. (ICU) after many test and it is still trying to test more and see what is going on. But they did find a rare fungus in his lung as called Blastomychosis. From this he developed sepsis which is a severe infection in the bloodstream. He cannot breathe on his own without his O2 levels dropping into the 80s, which is very dangerously low levels. If these numbers do not come up, the doctor is afraid they will have to intubate him and have the ventilator do the work for him. They are having a hard time controlling the lung infection And have had to put off going in with a camera to look at his lungs because he is too weak to be put under anesthesia. We are foremost, asking for prayers and all positive thoughts for Fernando‘s recovery. Doctor said that if he can pull through this (which they have said we are not out of the woods yet!) he will have a long road to recovery and even after he gets discharged from the hospital, Fernando will have to enter a rehabilitation facility. So please keep Fernando in your prayers and along with Michelle and the kids for strength while they go through this time with Fernando. we are also asking for any kind of help you can provide to help with getting back and forth from the hospital daily, the necessities for Shelly and the kids being they lost their only source of income as well as the medical bills to come. Anything would help and would be deeply appreciated. Thank you
