
Help Ferguson Robotics Go To World Championship

Two Ferguson robotics teams (828A and 828B) qualified for the VEX World Championship! They will be competing against teams from across the world at this event held in Dallas on May 2-4.
Unfortunately, CCISD does not fund registration and expenses beyond the Region 3/State Championship level. Your donation is greatly appreciated and will help these students attend this elite event.
Your donations will be used for:
Registration $2400 ($1,200 per team)
Any funds received above this requested $$ amount from GoFundMe will be divided among attending families and coaches to help cover their cost of lodging, gas, swag, shirts & meals.
If you would prefer your donation to be Tax Deductible, you can write a check directly to Ferguson Elementary and they will provide a receipt. Checks can be mailed to:

Please note: If funds sent directly to the school total more than the listed $$ request, the funds will remain at Ferguson in a Robotics Fund for future years. These funds can not be dispersed to families.
Demographic data about our school and teams:
Ferguson Elementary is located in League City, TX and is south of Houston. Our 16 robotics students are from 4th and 5th grade. All students are eligible (Dyslexic, SpEd, GT, ESL etc.) to try out for the team. Students are selected based on leadership behaviors shown throughout the school year.
This GoFundMe is being managed by Jackie Buehler, a Ferguson Robotics coach.
