Help Ferebee and Debbie rebuild their lives

Tonight it felt like our world was turned upside down. My boyfriend Dylan Wilson received a call tonight that his house in Henderson was on fire. His Grandmother Feberee Reavis and his mom Debbie Wilson were inside the house when the fire started. We were halfway into our hour drive to Henderson when he received a call letting him know that his grandmother was able to get out safely without any serious injuries. His mother was unfortunately trapped in the house as she is immobile and has a hard time getting around. After the firefighters arrived they were able to get her out and transported to Maria Parham. She has second degree burns that cover 20-30% of her body and is currently sedated. She will be transferred to a burn unit at UNC for further treatment. The doctors say the worst of her injuries are to her lungs from smoke inhalation from being trapped inside house. The fire had spread through the entire house destroying everything inside. Ferebee has lived in that house since her husband built it over 60 years ago. Her daughter/ Dylans mother Debbie has lived there her entire life. Dylan lived in that house for all of his life up until 2019. For the time being his grandmother will be staying with us, however we are supposed to be moving into a one bedroom apartment in about a week and won’t be able to have a comfortable living space for her. We are going to need to try and find somewhere for her to live with some assistance and we will need to replace everything that was lost in the fire that she needs for day to day living. All she has are the clothes on her back.. She’s having a hard time understanding everything that’s been going on but she’s pushing through. As far as Dylans mom goes, he is not going to be able to cover her medical bills on top of everything else. For anyone reading this that knows Dylan personally you know he doesn’t ever ask for help but in this situation him and his family need it.
