Help ferank get back on his feet

Hi we need a bit of help if possible . Ferank was an inpatient at a neuro rehab facilty in the north east after suffering two life changing strokes and although he is unable to stand unaided he loved using a motomed machine which made his legs strong and kept the circulation flowing . Fast forward a few years ... we have exhausted every avenue available to get ferank use of a motomed machine via n.h.s ( you need to be an inpatient or suffer m.s ) and we were advised to use a gym .unfortunately ferank isnt well enough to use a gym but too well to use .n.h.s. facilites so heres where you guys can help . We are looking to either purchase a second hand moto med machine or rent one ..it is really important and this year ferank want to start his walking journey after not recieving any physio during lockdown so basically its me and him .
